What can I change?
The sizes, to the millimetre, within each piece's limits, plus things like the number of shelves and the colour. Each piece's page shows exactly what you can change.
What if my design won't work?
The page tells you as you design, with the reason and what to change. We look over every design too, and nothing is cut until you've signed off its specification.
Can I save my design and come back to it?
Yes. Save it and we'll email you a link, which you can also send to someone for a second opinion.
Measuring
How do I measure?
In millimetres, in three places, and give us the smallest. Our measuring guide walks you through it.
What if my walls aren't straight?
Most aren't. For a fitted piece we take 50mm off your smallest measurement so it slides in, and send infill panels to close the gap.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in mainland Great Britain, in our own van. See delivery.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Tell us and we'll send a replacement, no arguments.
Building
Is it hard to build?
If you've built flatpack before, you can build this. Every panel is labelled, and the build guide is made for your exact piece.
What tools do I need?
A drill, a screwdriver and a spirit level. Everything else is in the box.
Do I need to fix it to the wall?
Tall pieces, yes. They come with wall fixings and the build guide shows where. You choose the screws and plugs to suit your wall.
