Measure once. We'll do the worrying.
Buying furniture made to your sizes can feel like a leap. Here's what we do to make sure it fits, arrives whole and goes together.
Nothing cut until you confirm
You sign off a full specification of your design before we cut a thing. We look over every design too, and get in touch if something looks off.
Built-in allowance
50mm of tolerance on fitted pieces, for walls that aren't quite square. Freestanding pieces are made to your exact measurements.
Missing a part?
Tell us and the replacement is on its way, no arguments.
Delivered by us
Cut to order, flat-packed and brought to your door in our own van.
You confirm it before we cut
After you order, we send you a full specification of your design: every size, option and colour. Nothing goes into the workshop until you've checked it and signed it off.
We look over every design too, and if something looks odd, or a piece won't do what you want it to, we'll get in touch first. We can't check your room, though, so the measurements are yours: follow the measuring guide and measure twice.
Room for real walls
For a fitted piece, we take 50mm off your smallest measurement so it slides into place even if your walls lean a little, and send infill panels to close the gap neatly. Freestanding pieces are made to exactly the size you give us.
Missing or damaged parts
If a panel is damaged or anything is missing, tell us and we'll send a replacement, no arguments.
Built to be built
Every piece comes with instructions made for that exact piece, not a generic leaflet, every panel is labelled, and everything you need to put it together is in the box.
